1. Customer Service—Reservations & Airport
This profile includes reservations, ticketing, customer services and office admin. Some travel industry experience is preferable. There are 3 different categories are:
a. Reservations - Rep Sales & Service
Persons can solve the query like questions regarding schedules, fares or reissues, sells air space, and records transactions by reserving the desired space on the computer agent set. Accurately answers informational questions to ensure a smooth travel experience calls.
b. Airport Customer Service - CSA Regular Part-time (Ticket Counter/Gates)
In this Post the candidates will be handling work associated with ticket reservation for passengers and other activities necessary to board and deplane passengers, that include tagging and lifting passenger's baggage to a bag belt for delivery to the ramp.
c. Airport Customer Service - CSA Regular Part-time (Airport Operations/Ramp)
This profile involves responsibilities for directing the ground movement of the aircraft in terminal ramp areas like Lifts, transports baggage, loads, unloads, mail, and cargo from loading equipment at aircraft.
2. Flight Attendant

In addition, students who participate in the program also increase their marketability for full-time positions upon graduation.
