1. KLM Management Traineeship:
At KLM, we take you seriously right from the start, which means responsibility, delivering a clear result and developing your personality.

The project programme

The general requirements we set for participation in the traineeship are:

• A university (WO) Masters
• Minimal work experience
• Excellent command of both written and spoken Dutch
• Managerial and/or organizational experience

The project programme
As a management trainee you will work in many areas of KLM, completing four projects at different parts of KLM within a two-year period. Each project lasts six months.
The training programme
Generally speaking, the training programme is designed to develop your competencies, and involves three fixed components which you follow together with the other trainees.

The coaching programme
You will be assigned a coach from the Management Development department who will support you throughout the entire traineeship. He/she is the ideal person to share your experiences with and help you shape your development.

2. Internships
You might, for instance, work as an editorial assistant in a communications department, an airplane maintenance agent or booking clerk, or be placed on a new project. About 25% of the positions involve specific final degree assignments. An internship or final degree placement is a great opportunity to get to know an exceptional business.
