PROCESS OF TICKETING

1. Walk into any Asiana Airlines City Ticket Office or Airport Ticket office and present your PNR authorization, Asiana Club Card and photo-ID and you will be issued your tickets or upgrade authorization on the spot, after paying pending payment of the appropriate airport taxes and service charges.

2. Third parties requesting tickets on your behalf must be in possession of an authorization letter signed by you to pick up your tickets.

3. Date changes after ticketing are permitted, with no additional charge. Please call Asiana Reservations to make your changes.

4. Itinerary changes after ticketing are permitted, however may incur a service charge. Please call Asiana Reservations to adjust your itinerary, and then bring your Award Ticket to an Asiana Airlines ticket office for reassurance.

5. Asian airline also provides a facility of vacation package where passengers can book hotels along with air tickets.
