Changing the date of your flight

Many of our tickets can be changed however, but may well require payment of a fee (from £35 to £80 according to your ticket conditions). If you want to change the date of journey the officers of china airlines need to fax a copy of the first page of your ticket, in order to change your booking. Executives will inform to change your ticket as per requirement. Please write your telephone number or email address on the fax, along with the date/dates you wish to change to. The date change fee can be paid in person at our office, or at Heathrow airport when you check-in.

Lost Tickets
If you lost your tickets, then you directly contact to the office of china airlines and you will be informed of the actions to be taken. The cost to replace a lost ticket is £40 if new ticket is picked up in town office, £60 if new ticket is picked up at London Heathrow Airport. Please note change of departure date is not permitted when we replace your lost ticket.

In some circumstances, i.e. if your lost ticket is reported to China Eastern London office less than 72 hours before departure, you may need to purchase a replacement ticket, and your lost ticket will be refunded after 4-13 months, depends on how long is your lost ticket valid for.

Baggage Allowance:
Baggage Allowance for passengers from international destinations is 30 kg (Economy), 40 kg (Business), 50 kg (First). Hand baggage allowance is 7 kg (Economy and Business), 10 kg (first). Please be aware that excess luggage will be strictly checked and charged for. Passengers carrying unpaid excess luggage may be refused boarding.
