With our most attractive fares it is not possible to change or cancel your ticket. The airlines offer you the Flexible Economy fares with more flexibility in the Economy Class, where you can choose to change or cancel your booking upon payment of a fee.

Europe Select:
Complete flexibility, no minimum stay and you can travel in our comfortable Europe Select Class.

E-Tickets:
E-tickets are rapidly becoming the industry standard and are now available to most destinations served by KLM and our partners. Paper tickets are still available on request, but there will be a €20 surcharge to issue paper tickets on an e-ticket route. The main advantages E-ticket include Fast, Safe, and Simple.

KLM Airlines Reservation and Booking

KLM Airline Ticket Reservation is very easy and convenient. There are many processes as mentioned below:

Online reservations:
Booking online through our website, you see all your travel options at the click. It also pays to book online. The booking fee for online purchases is the lowest of all our options.

Telephone reservations:

KLM ticket offices
We have ticket offices throughout the world to assist you. Note that there is a £10 booking fee (UK- Netherlands) and £15 (rest of the world) for tickets booked in person at a KLM ticket office.

Ticket changes/cancellations:
Administration charges may apply if you need to change or cancel your ticket and same conditions apply for e-tickets while changing or canceling paper tickets. Tickets can be changed or cancelled up to 30 hours prior to departure via website 'My Booking' on KLM.com.

Traveling with pets:

There are three ways of transporting your dog or cat by air.

In the cabin :- small cats and dogs, you have the option of allowing them to travel with you in the cabin under the seat in front of you.

In the cargo hold :- your pet can travel in the same aircraft in a ventilated baggage compartment in the cargo hold,

Via KLM Cargo :-Its only if you wish your pets to travel unaccompanied.

Traveling (with) children:
Unaccompanied minor service is provided to the Children aged 5-14 who are traveling alone. Unaccompanied minor service can also be requested for children aged 15 through 18. Children younger than 5 years of age may travel only if accompanied by their parent(s) or another person who is at least 18 years of age.

Baggage allowance

The amount of baggage that you can take with you free of charge is determined according to either the number of pieces or the weight. Below some details are mentioned according to their classes:

Economy class: 20 kg (44 lbs) 2 pieces, each max. 23 kg (50 lbs) max. 158 cm
Business class: 30 kg (66 lbs) 2 pieces, each max. 32 kg (70 lbs) max. 158 cm
Extra baggage for Flying Blue members: Silver: +5 kg, Gold: +10 kg (22 lbs)
