Virgin Nigeria Airways was the national airline
based in Ikeja in Lagos State, Nigeria. It was established in 2004. Later the name was changed from Virgin Nigeria Airlines to Air Nigeria
and served its scheduled services to international
destinations throughout the Europe
and Africa. Headquarter of Virgin Nigeria was located in Lagos. Its main hub was in Murtala Mohammed International Airport (LOS).
All the flight services and operations of Air Nigeria were discontinued on 10 September 2012.
