Skybus, an associate of Skybus Airlines Inc., was a low cost airline of United States with its main base in Columbus, Ohio, US. The main focus of
Skybus airlines was to provide least expansive air flight services as a low fare carrier in US. Skybus served flight operations to domestic and international destinations with minimum competition as per the business model. It ceased all its operations in 2008 following steep hike in fuel rise.
Skybus was founded in 2005. It received FAA certification and operating approval in 2007.
