Blue Wings AG was one of the popular private
airlines in Germany. Blue Wings had its main base in Bocholt, Germany. The airline was established in 2002 and started air flight operations in 2003. Initially Blue Wings operated charter flights services using a wet lease aircraft. Blue Wings always preferred to focus providing charter flights services mainly to Turkey, and various
international flights destinations in Middle East and Russia. In 2006, Blue Wings signed agreement with
JetBlue Airways to purchase Airbus A320-200 aircraft.
All the flights operations of Blue Wings were ceased to operate in January 2010 due to economical crisis.
