It was the airline of Nepal with its main base in Kathmandu, Nepal. Cosmic Air was founded in 1997 by Captain RP Pradhan. Initially, it started flights operations in 1998 with two helicopters. Later many aircrafts were added to its fleet. Cosmic Air was the first Nepalese airline to launch international flights services to Delhi and Dhaka in 2005. Besides operating scheduled domestic flights, Cosmic Air provided air flights services to international destinations targeting foreign tourists.
All the flying operations of Cosmic Air were ceased and the airline finally shut down in 2008.
