This was the low cost airlines of Bangladesh. It was founded by British Bangladesh businessmen in 2007. Air Sylhet plc had its subsidiary Air Sylhet AG which was Austrian based airline. Air Sylhet plc used to operate air flight services between Amritsar and Manchester Airport. It also catered international air services to Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
The airline suspended all its flight operations in 2009.
