Zambian Airways was the
national airline, based in Lusaka, Zambia. It was established in 1948. The Airline was a part of Zambia Consolidated Copper Mines (ZCCM) and it was later privatized. Its main hub was in Lusaka International Airport. All the Zambian Airways flight operations were suspended in January 2009.
